SHORT FROM CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

Your start-up kit will come with contract, 20 sprouting boxes, watering sponges and watering wicks, instructions, product labels, supply purchase order forms, franchise card, 50 business cards, sales forms, product bags and containers, varities of sprouting seeds, all you add is water. You build your business by stocking stores, grocers, health food stores, farmers markets and flea markets. By purchasing this franchise you agree to use our labels, our products and supplies, seeds, and packaging. You can sell anywhere in the USA. You agree to be responsible for the quality and expiration date of sprout products you sell to consumers. You agree to institute your own refund or returns at no cost to Going Green Franchise. Your Contract is good for 8 years and may be renewed with a $500 fee for another 5 years. You are bound by the contract for 8 years. You can charge any price above our suggested retail or wholesale price, but must pay GOING GREEN FRANCHISE a $15% fee on all products sold within a 30 day period.
